The Marine Engineering Department at College of Engineering & Technology at Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport is intended to organize a conference entitled, International Marine and offshore Engineering Conference and Exhibition (IMOC 2014). IMOC 2014 is an international conference and exhibition, in Marine & Offshore Engineering, organized by the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (League of Arab States), in cooperation with Ministry of Transport Saudi Arabia and Saudi Ports Authority. Moreover, the event is technically supported by the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science & Technology (IMarEST) and University Technology Malaysia (UTM). IMOC 2014 will take place on 3rd and 4th of September 2014, at Conference Hall, Al Jubail Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Accordingly, we have the pleasure to invite researchers, field engineers, ship owners, managers, technicians and students from the scientific and industrial communities to participate in the Conference and/or Exhibition. Finally we are waiting to join us in IMOC 2014 in order to achieve together the conference objective of enhancing the research work in the field of marine and offshore engineering, as well as to reinforce the linkage between the marine community and the researchers.
